Behind wheels? No.. NOT A WHEELCHAIR.

I seen my independent living services worker today and I told her about how I've been studying to get the my driver's permit, so that I can get my license again. I was reading and I'm not even sure if it even pays to get my permit here in Minnesota because Minnesota has a law that states that if you're from a different state and you want to live in Minnesota and drive a car with a valid minnesota driver's license, you have to take the behind the wheel test and written test (I think) again, to obtain a valid Minnesota license, so I'm thinking that it must be the same thing but for New York instead of Minnesota. I have been actually looking at this fuckin driver's manual bullshit, in case some jackass decides to spring a written test on me though.
